However, recent experiences reveal a troubling decline in food quality and service reliability. Orders are frequently delayed, arriving cold and sometimes incomplete, while the kitchen’s inconsistency has led to stale buns and overcooked items. Despite enjoyable sides like fries, frequent order mistakes and diminishing standards have frustrated many patrons, turning a once dependable spot into a hit-or-miss experience. Improvements are needed to restore its previous reputation for quality and efficiency.
Like many Sheetz, this location is clean and appears well-run. I've always been treated cordially by the employees. It's a good one.
It's another Sheetz so it's going have the products your used to. This one I particular has very poor customer service in their kitchen. I've lost count how many times they get my order wrong and I always get food to go so I don't notice the food was madewrong until I'm already back home. It's beginning to become a waste of money.
7 months later, tried it again. . I don't know why they call it made to order if the workers are going to make your order however they want to. . . Review below is from 7 months ago, nothing has changed. Went to 1 star. Lord I have never had a more stale bun in my life. . Ordered food about ten minutes ago. They must have found this bun under a counter after about 5 years and decided they didn't want to throw it in their claim out bin. . After nearly losing every front tooth I have biting into it due to the staleness of the bun, the chicken I guess was microwaved too long and that was as tough as tough as a car tire. . Fries were good though, that's the only thing that brought this to two stars instead of 1. Even though I wasted 6 bucks on a sandwich that should have been a dog chew toy instead of something you serve to a customer.
Bernie, the morning cashier, always welcomes customers with a smile. It's evident that she possesses a warm, genuine, and friendly personality.
