I attempted to place my order but never received a response. The phone just kept ringing until I was finally able to separate from it. Valeria, who was at the counter, informed me that the phones don't work or ring properly. This is a business, and it's unacceptable! It would be helpful if the staff put their phones down during lunch service, even when it's quiet, to avoid these kinds of ordering mistakes. Also, charging $1.59 for a side of ranch is outrageous! I understand there might be a fee for something that's not included in the order, but honestly, you could buy a whole bottle of ranch for that price! It's completely unreasonable. Despite my appreciation for the wings, I find my loyalty wavering because such simple mistakes are easily avoidable. I really dislike feeling like I've been taken advantage of. I might have to give Buffalo Wild Wings a try instead.
The wait for the buffalo wings was 40 minutes. It was quite crowded, but still, 40 minutes is a long time. The wings turned out to be just average.
I had to go back because I had another order. I'm all for young people working. It is, however, the ineffective communication that gives me a break. I went to this place for a year without food. When I decided to come back... it was a sign that I had to choose somewhere else.
