I ate at Pho Legacy for dinner one night and ordered Pho with tendon and tripe , and egg rolls. The server did hook me up with some hanh dam (sliced onions with vinegar). The pho broth was more on the oily end, but the rare steak was super tender. The bowl portion reflected fairly with their pricing. Egg rolls were the norm. I ordered the grilled pork sandwich. The baguette was pretty soggy, which affected the overall texture of the sandwich. Another letdown was the scarcity of pickled vegetables; there were far too few, making the sandwich lack the vibrant flavors I was hoping for.. Despite specifying 'no cilantro ' in my order, cilantro was included, which was disappointing for someone who dislikes it. View all feedback.
