The restaurant provided excellent customer service, in contrast to the Kroger down the road. A young man came out to place my order on a kiosk to avoid contact during COVID. They sanitized the play area and their cups are recyclable, although there are no blue recycling containers in the country to be found. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
The woman at the drive-thru didn't ask if I had a code or used my McDonald's app. I gave the code at the first window and she kept telling me I had to do it at the next window. I repeated the code five times before she finally understood. I was frustrated that no one had asked about the app beforehand. I've never experienced such poor customer service at McDonald's before. It was a disappointing experience overall. View all feedback.
