The customer service at this restaurant is excellent! I experienced a minor issue with a cake I ordered for delivery, but the manager immediately offered me a new cake or a refund. Just tried to pick up an order at night. Parked in front and was told to park in the back, in the alley. Wasn't sure which one was the right location as the stores all look the same in the back with no lettering. Would make a lot of sense if they could deliver the pizza in the front of the store where I was parked originally.
