Came through the drive thru today around lunch and there was only ONE guy walking around taking every cars orders, I think his name was Hadley. He was incredible!! Poorly organized drive thru. Ordered before 3 cars but ended up behind them in line. One of the slower Chick-fil-A’s I’ve been to02/19/24Well… they are faster but my order is completely incorrect. Love Chick-fil-A but you have this restaurant remodeled with 2 lanes JUST TO go back to 1 lane...
Delivery door dash picked up at lest 4 times they forget my straws every time! And no napkins!...
So I don't really know what the issue is with the evening staff there, but y'all need to shape...
