This is one of the best waffles houses I’ve been to in a minute. It’s clean and the staff is friendly. I was very impressed with the cook, Kalik (I know I probably spelled his name wrong). My husband and I watched him. First of all this dude changed his gloves before starting a new meal (very impressed). His cook area was clean! My husband and I watched him prepare our food. The chef served us the Grit balls, which were burnt and inedible. It is disappointing to see such a careless mistake, especially from someone with experience. It is not difficult to recognize when food is burnt and should not be served.
