I?m a huge torchys fan from Texas. I was elated to see lake Charles had one. First few experiences were great but it has really tanked recently. Food takes a very long time even on order ahead. Like 20 minutes to get a wrong order then 10 minutes to get it right TO GO. 30+ minutes for sit down. Last two times they gave me tacos with no veggies. How do you forget that?
