This was Mother 's day brunch and to be honest, I was disappointed. While normally the food at Edie Merlot 's is outstanding, the only brunch dishes that were above average were the meats from the carving station. But the most disappointing was that the seafood didn 't taste particularly fresh. The shrimp had an off texture and the salmon was very fishy tasting.
