Bollings offers excellent food quality and a great selection of drinks. They have waitress service, and the venue serves multiple purposes as a meat shop, restaurant, and bar. Can't believe we could not get a seat at 5:30pm on Saturday even though restaurant was half empty. Staff said would have to wait 30 minutes for seating even because if they seated us right away it would confuse their computer program and the server staff. So people were walking out even though they were half empty and the staff was mostly just standing around. never again. View all feedback.
