I ordered the first lot for my baby and nz post were very delayed and a very helpful customer service representative followed up and ensured it got to me within 48 hours by chasing nz post. Baby loves the product and I've tried it its very tasty! And bought our 2nd pot and they couriered to me overnight clearly remembering the delay before and ensuring didn't happen again!
