It's located right outside Target store. We didn't eat here, but we ordered hot chocolate and it was great, loved it. We went in the morning on a weekend around 9.30am and they were so busy, it took about 20 minutes to get our drink, but that is also a good sign their drinks taste great. View all feedback.
