Was Craig Elliott at Bank Top a mag?
Lovely food and a menu with so many things I could have ordered. Service was very good without being over attentive. Lovely surroundings although not buzzing when we arrived but it was an off-peak Saturday and we were close to last orders so several others may have already left by the time we got there. This restaurant had a lot of potential based on the reviews. Unfortunately, the main dishes were disappointing; two out of the four ingredients in the dish we chose were missing. The side of vegetables was completely unseasoned and tasted like plain boiled vegetables! The risotto in the main dish was overcooked and had a gluey texture.
