The gentlemen working there today were kind, attentive and produced quality service and food that was delicious and well prepared. We ordered form 5 Guys on Saturday, Sept. 18th. The order went thru online, and they charged my credit card. When we went to pick up our food THERE WAS NOONE IN THE RESTAURANT AND THE DOORS WERE LOCKED. So, you charged my credit card for NOTHING. If you can't operate, then shut down your online ordering. 5 Guys used to be one of our favorite places. I will never eat at your establishment again. View all feedback.
