I not an epicurean, but I do know when someone has been messing with my Wienerschnitzel. The regular dogs are different at this location, #047, in Indio. The dog's casing has a snap, that is not normally present, and there is an artificial liquid smoky aftertaste to the dog, not wholly unpleasant, but definitely wrong.
