I bought a gluten free panini and wasn't sure what to expect. I have never been there before. Everything that is gluten was separate. Was grilled on a designated press. I didn't have to explain anything, the staff was knowledgeable about taking care of gf items. Changed gloves as soon as I said it was an allergy without me having to ask... which is HUGE!! We have ordered Hot Table in the past more times than I can count. we now have a staff member with a life threatening nut allergy(most common food allergy). Twice now we have informed hot table of the allergy and twice we have received 1.
