I ordered the pollo chipotle and asked for black beans instead of refried. Chips were thin and crisp, just as I like! Food looked great, portion sizes were nice, tasted wonderful. Service was excellent. Family atmosphere. Dining room very clean. I came in an hour before closing and was treated very well. A little out of my way, but I’d make a point to come back anytime I’m near Independence. View all feedback.
