Only ordered a group size chicken soup, but the service was great, polite staff, and the soup was really hot, so by the time I got back back to my hotel, it was perfect ?
I felt that my chicken fontega was sub par. The bread isn’t as toasted and crunchy anymore and it doesn’t feel like I’m eating one whole sandwich as the bread moves quite a bit per bite rather than it used to be served hot and intact. There was chicken to be eaten but I felt there was not as much as there used to be and I would like that amount added back. Red onions and tomatoes were served well as usual, but the mozzarella wasn’t as stuck to the bread as usual when the sandwich is cooked all together. Thank you for your service in making this sandwich.
Waited 10 min at unmanned cash registers. Employees walked past every few minutes. None of them even attempted to take my order. This happens a lot and not just at this location.
