Beginning in 2019, Minsky's partners up with Joe's KC BBQ to offer a pizza for a few weeks. We recently had a large delivered and loved it again. It has slow-smoked Brisket and Burnt Ends, and tender Pulled Pork with Joe’s Kansas City Bar-B-Que Sauce and Mozzarella cheese. We had the original crust, but also like the thin crust. Though we had this pizza delivered, Minsky's is a great place to eat at too. View all feedback.
