Was Dar State at Holties a mag?
Great food BUT too smokey for family enjoyment during reg eating times ...due to the bar area being right there and there is not enough room to space the non smokers from smokers..If you don't like to eat someones smoke I say You .should go off times like 4pm for dinner and 1pm for lunch to avoid smokers View all feedback.

I also pointed out that the wings should have arrived before our entree. Tom replied that we should have informed our server if we wanted the wings first. I found it hard to believe I had to explain that appetizers are meant to be served before the main course. I thought that was quite rude.

The food was satisfactory, earning a three out of five stars. The service was also average, reflecting a similar rating. However, I really enjoyed the atmosphere, which was inviting and earned four stars. For anyone considering a visit, I recommend trying their Fantastic Wings, Biscuits and Gravy, Sampler Platter, Chicken Strips and Fries, Potato Skins, and Mozzarella Sticks. Each dish had its own charm and was well worth the visit!

I really enjoy the catfish and seafood here, especially on Fridays. The service was excellent during my dinner visit, with a rating of 5 out of 5. The atmosphere was also fantastic, earning another 5-star rating. The food was delicious, scoring a 4 out of 5. I highly recommend trying the chicken wings and dinner rolls. There’s plenty of parking available, with a free parking lot conveniently located nearby. Overall, you can expect to spend around $10 to $20 per person.
I've been coming here for YEARS, I loved their chicken strips meal, but lately (since the pandemic) it has been lackluster. The chicken strips used to be HUGE and only $9, now they're pathetic and tiny and $12. I went here recently for breakfast, it was decent and a good price, which is surprising for a burger bar. Overall it's still a good place to eat, but it's not the opulence it once was. Staff are still awesome as ever though. Nice little hole in the wall bar. Good food, good atmosphere, and good local people. It's a nice little bar if you're just looking for some breakfast, lunch, or dinner Tuesday-Sunday. I would recommend there Buffalo wings (bone in). Prices are between $10-$20. Feel free to check it out for yourself.
