Beautiful atmosphere and padding. fomos bem recebidos pela equipe e o restaurant foi muito calm (for ferias de pascoa). We asked for powder salad entries and served na manga, which was delicious, but think that or tamanho da salada de powder was um pouco grande demais. acredit that reduzir um pouco o tamanho seria mais compatível com uma entrada. os pratos principais foram dois camarões de massas e camarão com gorgonzola, que também foram otimos e tem uma apresentação muito interessante com os coágulos smoked. o serviço foi super amigável e atentiosa, mas não ha muito treinamento no serviço de beverages (ordenamos uma garrafa e já chegou à mesa aberta) e o couvert foi served sem muitas explicações. gerally we expect something that will be served sem be requested to ter um brief briefing. no geral tivemos uma boa experiência and we would like to fly no future.
Excellent experiência gastronômica na rosa. delicious meadows, eu recomendo. order um ceviche de entrada e o risotto de filé mignon e gorgonzola.
We are not restaurant do velho chef, colar sapori no dia anterior e tivemos uma experiência muito positive .inhalizmente não foi a realidade na nova casa. couvert com excellent pães e acompanhamentos .pedi a sugestão para o garçom .. powder com rice preto . unhappyly or powder stava fora do ponto difficult to eat. minha wife uma massa com gorgonzola e filete mignon
I can 't review the food, as we didn 't even have the chance to taste it. But I need to record here what we went through.... When I read the reviews on the internet, I imagined that the Bistrô would be a very special place, especially because it is within the Village complex, a more refined inn. We arrived around 1:30 pm for lunch, they brought us the menu (which I believe is very limited for lunch) one of the options was like a PF, it had chicken, meat and fish, we then asked if the fish option could be with the fish was grilled and not fried, the attendant said she would check, to drink we ordered a Coca-Cola zero. The place is small and empty so it was possible to hear all the team 's comments: Attendant: Is Chef able to make grilled fish? Chef: Not just the Milanese. Attendant: But they 're kind of fit. Chef: Then you 'll have to go eat somewhere else... And finally, the comment about the drink: Who comes to Rosa and orders a coke zero? After hearing all this, we thanked him, canceled our order and went to find another place to have lunch.
