This is a big, clean cafeteria alongside the Cotocachi bus terminal. I got a super delicious bowl of encebollado from Perla Del Mar for $2.75. Comes with sauces, the typical popcorn/roasted corn/fried plantain, and a fresh lime. All the stalls were tempting. The attendants are quick to clean off tables.
