Try the CIPA a beer you will never experience in the United States. CIPA stands for Coca Indian Pale Ale. This is a great location on Plaza de Ponchos with great craft beer. If you visit Otavalo and like beer you should check this place out. The staff are very nice and attentive. The food is great and breakfast is an especially great deal. Lack of atmosphere, beer was flat, old lady looked liked she didn't want to live no more, people smoking inside… Weird place. Expectations were much higher than it could live up to. Shame! View all feedback.
