I am a frequent Krispy Kreme customer the Maryland mall outlet. For 2 months now, there hasn't been AC in the store. The fan is incredibly useless as it is loud and fit for a warehouse and not a small store. This is a shame because it used to be a place to sit quietly with a book, donuts and great coffee. 1/5 star View all feedback.
