I placed a pickup order and waited at the designated area for 10 minutes without any assistance. I ultimately had to cancel my order because no one came to help me, even though there were six staff members present.
Don’t go to this specific Dunkin. They rip you off with the coffee. I ordered an iced vanilla latte and it had virtually no coffee in it and tastes like vanilla milk. It was not a medium brown color like it usually is. When I complained about the color and taste, the worker dismissed me and tried to explain that lattes have no coffee in them and that it should look like that even though I told him multiple times that this is not what my coffee usually looks like when I come to Dunkin.
