Placed an order 1820pm with a delivery time of 1850pm. At 1930pm we rang to be told it was just leaving the kitchen. 2000pm we rang again, to be told it should be with us and he’ll contact the driver. 2010pm we ring for the third time so be told it’s just leaving the kitchen again!!
