I visited this location yesterday and went through the drive-thru where Riley took my order. Although their system was down, I was welcomed with a big smile and a genuinely pleasant attitude, which was so refreshing! I ordered my drink, and Riley suggested I try a different flavor, even offering me a small sample for my next visit!
