The front staff (Simba and a woman who's name I did not catch) were very considerate, even asked if I wanted my ice cream up right away or after my meal and provided me with a cup in case it got melty. Food was as expected. Order was correct. We used the in store kiosk. My complaint is the cleanliness. We brought the kids to use the play area while eating and there wasn't a clean table. Flys everywhere inside and no one seemed to care. Poor experience and the food was marginal.
The food is good. The pricing is too much and almost not even worth it anymore.
