We have been going to tenth and willow since they opened and love the food. When mike was the owner the customer interaction was GREAT. Recently I have gone into the deli and there weren’t any other customers. I WAS IGNORE FOR MANY MINUTES….NOT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED. Their food has been consistently good, however our last order was very disappointing. Ordered lunch for 3 people, two items were missing and wrong on our order and it took over 2 hours to arrive. Called twice due to order being late and there was no offer to remedy our order in any way. Very unhappy with the (lack of) customer service and inconvenience caused. View all feedback.
