I was in Houston and opted to dine at the hotel. As a fan of jazz music, I enjoyed the ambiance. The staff was excellent and attentive. While the atmosphere felt somewhat average (the seating could have been more typical of a fine dining experience), the food was well-prepared and beautifully presented.
