Used to work in the Papa Johns pizza dough factory in Denver. LOVED Papa Johns pizza there in Colorado. Get out here, yuch. One thing I noticed is that they just don't cook the hand tossed pizzas enough. They are always full of raw dough. Not good. I think if they just cooked them longer the entire pizza would benefit.
