What Eric L doesn't like about Shang Hao:
Food was Ok- service was ok too. When paying, server changed included tip from 10%(standard in Costa Rica) to 20%. Not a deal breaker, but they lose 2 stars for it. I noticed since I always add 10%more here to tip (like I would in the states) but adding it before charging me was shady- watch out for that. View all feedback.
