They are lucky that they even got a star, every business is expected to provide good services and try to accommodate customer time. If you say you will eat in 45 min arrrive, do not leave it 45 min an hour and 30 minutes after. This is the 4th time they did this. If you can't deliver to Milford in time, don't deliver to Milford.
