Starbucks - Hoover

What Colette Muncher likes about Starbucks:
I placed a pick up order on the app. I went through the drive through, gave my name and pulled fwd realizing i forgot to order something. I asked about it at the window feeling bad bc this would slow down their efficiency of getting cars moved through the line. What Mike McChuen doesn't like about Starbucks:
No paper towels in bathroom. Told the manager who gave me a blank stare. Trash can full. Bathroom floor filthy and flies in lobby. Every worker was more interested in chatting than doing their job. This a first Starbucks I have come across which is poorly managed. View all feedback.
