We did a roasting experience with Faith and then had a tour guided by Cooper. Both were great. I love that everyone was so knowledgeable but still showed their own personalities. There are only 3 to 4 viewing spots for the $12 tour. A lot of standing in one spot and receiving tons of information before moving to the next one. Unlimited tasting of 4 kinds of different coffees. Unfortunately, no creamer, only sugar available. Handcrafted coffee (latte etc) available separately in the cafe.
