We went to Rails Ales in Leeds to try Simones Kitchen, I 'm a huge food truck follower. Well, it was absolutely OUTSTANDING! I've been wanting to try this food truck for a long time, so I was very tempted when I saw them at my kids' elementary school. I ordered the lbc fries. They are loaded chicken bacon ranch fries topped with shredded cheese and bacon. When I finally sat down to eat them, they looked a bit off, I noticed right away that there was no shredded cheese.
