My wife loves Pollo Tropical, it meets the B's to us latinos criteria bueno, bonito, y barrato). Friendly staff, prompt and good quality chicken, roast pork, black beans, rice, yuca and maduros. I have never had Pollo tropical before and I wont order pollo tropical again... my order was coconut shrimp and salad.. my husband had mouth surgery and can only eat soft food so I ordered sides of black beans and rice.. in my box was coconut shrimp on top of rice and a bowl ofblack beans. Shrimp was way over cooked, dried out and hard as rocks... had to pick coconut and fryings out of the rice.. it sure as hell wasn... View all feedback.
