Bombshell Beer Company is perhaps the best local brewery South of metropolitan Raleigh. Located in Holly Springs, the beer is consistently great, in fact, Ellen, one of the owners pointed out that they won?a Gold Medal for one of their new beers. I LOVE Bombshell, but it’s Kentucky Derby day and the bartenders wouldn’t run on the audio for 20 minutes to listen the the race.
