Awful experience. The restaurant is managed by inexperienced individuals. Priority is given to call-in orders. Customers are asked to order and pay at the kiosk. Even after ordering and paying, we waited for 20 minutes with no sign of our order. The order was later found to be lost, with no apology given. The entire experience was disorganized and chaotic.
