Not sure what the name of the Asian girl with black hair and tattoos is but she is the rudest person I've dealt with. She has the worst customer service and gross attitude I've ever seen. This establishment has lost me as a customer due to her attitude. My recommendation is to send her to the unemployment line. View all feedback.

I’ve been a regular here for quite some time, but ever since Allie joined the team, my experience has significantly improved! Allie treats you as more than just a customer; she makes you feel like a true guest, and I really appreciate that. Thank you, Allie, for consistently brightening my mornings and ensuring that my visits are always enjoyable. TAKE MY MONEY, ALLIE!
I pulled up to the café and noticed that the barista with darker hair was on duty. She knows my wife’s usual order, but instead of asking both of us, she went straight to my wife and asked, “Just your cold brew?” A simple, “What can I get you two?” would have been much more appropriate. While I appreciate that she remembers regulars' orders, good customer service means acknowledging all customers equally. This barista often comes across as rude and brusque, a sentiment my wife has echoed, noting that she appears to be frequently “in a funk and rude.” This type of behavior shouldn't be overlooked as just her personality. I would appreciate it if management could address this situation—unless she is, in fact, management. I really don’t want to start my day with someone else's negative energy when all I'm looking for is my morning coffee.
High-quality coffee and attentive service!I was pleasantly surprised.If you're looking for a slice of 90's nostalgia this might be the right quaint shack for you. A literal small business with great character. Wish the employees here well.
