We had a lovely evening at The Copper Kitchen. We celebrated our Wedding Anniversary there. The food was fabulous. Even tho they were quite busy, our server was very attentive. She even served us a dessert if our choice because of our special evening! We definitely will be going back! View all feedback.

On July 4, 2017, my partner and I celebrated our 5th anniversary by trying out a new restaurant in Holladay. We were immediately seated at Copper Kitchen, which had a small menu but the dishes we selected were full of flavor. View all feedback.
Went for an anniversary dinner and arrived at were seated properly but that was the very last thing that happened promptly. The restaurant was not busy but we waited for about minuted before we were given water. Another few minutes and a waiter appeared he took our champaign everything seemed fine. We shared an appetizer and it was served within about minutes which was fine. Except that while we were still finishing a bus person took our plate before we even knew what was happening. Next course, a gazpacho and salad took another minutes so not sure why the hurry to take our appetizer. Then we waited and waited for a shared plate of grilled salmonânot complicated. At the waiter came and said our dinner was coming out. At I spoke with the managerâwho apologized and said he would let me know what the problem was. At as we got up to leave without our dinner he brought our dinner and said the kitchen got âslammedâ which was total BS since several tables that came after us had received their dinners. This place employees young in experienced staff and does not provide adequate training on proper procedure to provide honest respectful service. The manager is totally unable to manage the place and does not have a clue how to interact with customers. He offered to âtake the salmon off our billâ which was grant of him since we never ate it. If you are looking for respectful, quality service I recommend you eat someplace else.
We had an extremely disappointing experience. The service was substandard and we could not get our beef cooked correctly. The food in the past was good which was why we went back, but it was mediocre at best this time. Service was slow and inadequate. I will not be back.
July It was our Wedding Anniversary and we decided to try a new Holladay restaurant. Copper Kitchen was seated right away. Small menu but good we chose had lots of flavor.
We went for a special dinner and arrived at 6:15, were seated promptly, but that was the only thing that happened quickly. The restaurant was not busy, but we waited about 10 minutes before we received water. After a few more minutes, a waiter finally appeared, took our drink order, and everything seemed fine. Our appetizer arrived within about 20 minutes, which was good timing. However, as soon as we finished, a busser cleared our plates without warning. The next course, a gazpacho and salad, took another 20 minutes to arrive, which was surprising given how quickly our appetizer came out. We then waited and waited for a simple dish of grilled salmon, which never seemed to come. At 7:25, the waiter informed us that our dinner was ready. Frustrated, I spoke to the manager at 7:40, who apologized and promised to find out what the issue was. By 7:45, we had still not received our meal, and the manager claimed that the kitchen had been overwhelmed, despite other tables receiving their food after us. This restaurant appears to hire young, inexperienced staff and lacks proper training on how to provide efficient and respectful service. The manager seemed incapable of running the restaurant and had poor customer service skills. He offered to remove the salmon from our bill, which was empty since we never received it. If you are seeking a high-quality and respectful dining experience, I suggest looking elsewhere.
Both are dinner meals were really good. I had Steak and Frites and man the Beef Bourguignon Pasta. The waiter was attentive. We'll be back.
