Okay if you are hungry but the food is basic. We thought it was expensive for what you got with small portions. The fish that we had was not very tasty compared to a proper fish and chip shop. It was surprisingly busy and our table was grubby as was the place in general. Barnacle Bill doesn't have a welcoming atmosphere and this particular outlet looks very dated.
