Yen sushi has been my to-go place for a while. Today I saw that the unagi tempura roll color is darker than normal. I asked why and one of the employee said “it is usually this color”???? Then I asked the second time the manager said “the flour supply is changed due to out of stock, the taste should be the same.” I agree that the taste is okay but the rice was MUSHY!!!
