I am sure that people can become excessively picky as they want to make their food, but it seemed more often than not that I ended up with cheese on my burgers or regular soda after the request for both. Ordered online, first mistake. Went to the drive thru to pick up my order, they had no idea what was going on. The person running the window was completely lost in what was going on. The staff in the back was horse playing and they didn't get my order right, and left out a sandwich.
