The Raven is Hexton's only pub but an absolute gem. We've held family events here in the back bar and they've always gone well. There's a lovely beer garden with lots of tables and children's play area with swings etc out the back and plenty of parking in the adjacent car park. When our main courses arrived there were problems with both of our meals. Unfortunately we were not given a table check. The food wasn't very nice at all and we didn't eat much of it. when our plates were eventually cleared the member of staff didn't express any concern. A total lack of customer care.
