I knew DQ is an American brand, but I've seen this chain in Korea as well. However, it was my first time trying their drinks. We ordered a white mocha shake and a peanut butter shake, and they were very satisfying! Also, the drive-thru service was quick and polite. View all feedback.

Front counter girl mopped the floor when we arrived and it stayed wet for over 30 minutes. Staff was sliding as they walked. Extremely unsafe and I had 4 of my grands with me. We ordered ice cream and my daughter was handed this. Poor customer service. Staff needs inservicing on safety and proper mopping. View all feedback.
