Ordered a simple chicken tender sandwich as soon as I came in, paid for everything, then waited 10 minutes for it to come out after they said it would take 4 minutes. This wouldn't be too big of an issue if there wasn't a thick black strand of hair hanging from my sandwich when I picked it up at my job site.
