Used to love this restaurant. Great vegan options and their vegan Mac and cheese was the best. Sadly, they’ve started using Impossible and Beyond products instead of making things from scratch. The Hippy Loaf isn’t quinoa based anymore; it’s made with Impossible products. And, you could get their delicious Mac and Cheese as a side. No more.
