Great food and generous portions served by a friendly staff are the main qualities that define Amelia's to me. I work on the East side of Hillsboro and when I am craving Mexican food at lunch, this is always where I go. My only real complaint is their chile rellanos seem to be pre-made then warmed up when someone orders. The result is a soggy greasy mess with almost no flavor and a brick of unmelted cheese in the middle.
