I used to be a huge fan of MAD Greens when it first opened in downtown Denver years ago – everything was exceptional and delicious. However, I was really disappointed during a recent visit to the Highland Ranch location, especially after seeing a promotional offer. The salad I received was wilted and lacked flavor.
